This year, AEclipse is organizing its city trip to Malaga and Granada! You will be able to enjoy the beach and the beautiful city, visit amazing places such as the famous Alhambra and the Cathedral of Granada, enjoy the delicious Spanish food and drinks, spend time with your friends and even meet some new people!
About the event
The city trip is an annual event organized by AEclipse for ESE students. The goal is to take a 4-day trip to a city around the world for sightseeing, cultural exploration, and fun activities, but also to build connections and make memories.
Our trip to Spain will be happening from June 02th to June 06th* There is a limited amount of spots, so if you wish to take part of it, hurry up and sign up using the form below!

Costs
The costs for the trip will amount to around €275-€350 per participant**
This includes your travel, accommodation costs and some part of the activities***

If you have signed up, we will contact you in due time for the exact price. Your registration will be considered complete only when the corresponding amount is transferred to AEClipse. Please refer to our cancellation policy below so that you are aware of the terms and conditions for the City Trip 2024.
Tourists of certain nationalities require a valid visit visa currently in force. The visit visa will not be necessary if the traveller has a residence permit or a long-stay visa issued by a Schengen State. See www.spain.info/en/travel-tips/visa-passport/ for more information.
Cancellation Policy
The goal of early registration of participants for our AEclipse City Trip 2024 is to find the cheapest possible accommodations and travel options. Therefore, we would like to make you aware that participants may cancel until their payment is complete. Afterwards, there will be no option for a refund.
*Date might be changed based on flight costs or accomodation costs (very small chance).
**Personal expenses and additional activities will not be covered. AEclipse Membership required. The final price can vary, caused by the flight ticket and accomodiation price, the goal is to keep your contribution as low as possble.
