The AEclipse International Research Project is expanding!

Do you want to be part of an impactful real-world project and gain hands-on research experience? Then this is the perfect opportunity for you!

AEclipse presents a unique opportunity for (pre-)master students at Erasmus School of Economics to engage in an International Research Project (IRP). The IRP involves a selected group of motivated students engaging in meaningful research in a developing country in collaboration with firms, governments, and NGOs.
This year’s AEclipse International Research Project will (most likely) take place in NAMIBIA and focus on socio-economic and agricultural issues in the country.

Why Participate in the IRP?

The IRP represents a mix of social, academic and professional activities all packed into a two week study trip. As a researcher, you will have the chance to apply your economic knowledge in real-world scenarios, bridging the gap between theory and practice. The beauty of the project lies in the unification of academic research done in Rotterdam and on-the-ground experiences from local experts, academics and businesses at the destination. Researchers will join either the quantitative analysis or qualitative analysis team, based on your skills and interests.
