About the IRP Presentation

​

During this event, the International Research Project of 2020/21 will be presented. Last year's edition of IRP took place in partnership with HIAS, an NGO that assists displaced populations around the world. The IRP team conducted a labor market assessment that identified opportunities for employment for the estimated 17,000 forcibly displaced Venezuelans on Aruba. 

 

We will have the HIAS Aruba Country Director Yiftach Milo speak about the Venezuelan migration crisis and the work of HIAS. AEclipse's IRP 2020/21 will be presented, and the event will be concluded with a short lecture from Prof. Dr. Olivier Marie on the Economics of Migration.
