Per the 1st of January we are looking for a Graduation intern, who will investigate Executive Compensation (the compensation of Board members of listed companies in The Netherlands) and simultaneously write his/her Master thesis, preferably on a related topic. EY will fully support you in the execution of the internship and will assist you in finding a suitable subject for your thesis. This internship offers you the opportunity to learn more about consultancy and more specifically about the job of a Reward professional. You will get a mentor assigned that helps you at the start of your internship with formulating your research question, who will also provide you with practical support during the process of writing your thesis.
